          Bob is a real professional. From the initial contact requesting information Bob contacted us, set expectations and provided timely information. He provided us with a detailed quote with detailed information about the project and timeline. He was upfront about his starting date and once he started the project, he and his son Doug were here every day until completion. Every day he would let us know what the plan and schedule was for the next day and kept in touch with our plumber to ensure he understood the entire project and that his portion of the work was per spec.
